Job Application

This module allows users, candidates, and employees to fill out detailed job applications directly from the portal.

To Create a Functional Area in Recruitment, simply follow the guided steps below. This setup helps you organize and categorize different roles more efficiently during the hiring process:
1. Navigate to Recruitment -> Configuration.
2. Open the Functional Area menu.
3. Create and define the new functional area as per your company's needs.

Navigate to Recruitment and then Configuration. From there, open Departments to proceed with creating a new department.

To create a new job, first open the website and navigate to the Post Job menu. Once there, you can enter all the necessary job details such as title, description and Categories. After filling out the form, click on the Submit button to successfully create and publish the new job posting. This ensures the job becomes available for candidates to view and apply directly through the recruitment portal.

After successfully creating a new job, a confirmation message is displayed on the screen. At this stage, you can click on the Go to Jobs button, which will redirect you directly to the job list page where all available jobs are shown.

Once redirected, the system displays the complete list of jobs that are currently available on the website. Applicants can review these postings and select the one that matches their interest before proceeding with the application process.

When an applicant finds a suitable job, they can begin the application process by clicking the Apply Now button. This action opens the application form where the candidate is guided to provide all the required details.

As part of the application, candidates are required to provide their personal information such as name, contact details, and other relevant background information. This ensures that the recruiter has complete applicant details for reviewing the job application.

Along with personal details, applicants must also provide their complete address information. This step is essential as it helps recruiters maintain accurate candidate records and simplifies the hiring process by ensuring all applicant data is complete.

In this step, applicants are asked to provide their academic details, including information such as educational qualifications, degrees, and institutions attended. These details are important for recruiters to evaluate the candidate's educational background before proceeding further in the hiring process.

After academic details, applicants need to provide certificate details. This section is designed for candidates to upload or mention their professional certifications and achievements that add value to their profile and demonstrate additional skills.

Next, applicants are required to provide their professional details. This includes work experience, designations held, and organizations where they have previously worked. It helps recruiters assess the applicant's career journey and professional expertise.

Before final submission, applicants can review their entire application in the application summary section. This page provides an overview of all details entered so far, allowing candidates to verify and make corrections if necessary.

Finally, applicants are required to upload their resume to complete the application process. The resume provides recruiters with a detailed summary of the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, ensuring all information is consolidated in one document.

When an application is submitted, a unique token is automatically generated. This token can then be copied and used in another window to continue with further steps in the process.

The recruiter can view detailed application information in the backend. This includes all submitted applicant data to ensure completeness and correctness.

Recruiters can now access job positions in the backend and link applications to the relevant vacancies for proper categorization.

The academic details section displays the educational background and qualifications of applicants for verification.

Uploaded certificates are accessible in the backend for validation of qualifications and achievements.

Professional details provide information about work experience, skills, and previous employment to evaluate suitability.

The application summary consolidates all applicant information in one view for quick review by recruiters.
