Automated Purchase Workflow
Automate your entire Purchase Order workflow in Odoo â from RFQ confirmation to Vendor Bill payment â with a single click. This module introduces a powerful Automated Purchase Configuration that allows businesses to streamline purchasing operations by automatically confirming orders, validating receipts, creating vendor bills, and registering payments.
Description
Administrators can define automation workflows that control the behavior of Purchase orders.
You can also define the order policy including shipping policy and invoice policy.
Each Vendors can be configured with an automated workflow process. Once enabled, every sale order created for that Vendors will follow the configured automation steps.
Inside the Purchase Order form, a new Auto button is available to trigger the automated workflow process.
Delivery orders are automatically processed and marked as Done when automation is enabled.
The system automatically generates invoices, validates them, and registers payments according to the configured workflow.
