Customize Odoo PDF Reports with Flexible Layouts
Choose from predefined, professionally designed Odoo custom report layouts to give your PDF reports a clean, branded look. Easily change font size, style, and formatting, no coding required.
We’ve introduced a range of new PDF report layouts designed to enhance the visual appeal of your reports. These include Keypress Special, Document Title, Diagonal, Curved, and Abstract.
The Diagonal, Curved, and Abstract layouts offer the flexibility to personalize the header background by uploading a custom image of your choice.
Shown below is a sample PDF demonstrating the visual style of the Keypress Special layout.
The sample PDF below showcases the Document Title layout, which prominently displays the document type such as Invoice, Sales Order, and others within the report.

Add Custom Fonts to Odoo PDF Reports
Easily import and apply your own fonts to Odoo PDF reports for a personalized, professional, and consistent brand identity, no coding required.
Go to Settings and open the Font menu to manage font customization options.
To add a custom font to your report, upload a ZIP file that includes font files in .ttf or .otf format.
Once the font is uploaded, it will be available for selection in the document layout configuration.
You can preview how the custom font appears in the sample report below.
Adjust Font Size in Odoo PDF Reports
Easily scale report font sizes up or down to improve readability or fit more content. Flexible settings let you match your business style and branding.
Include a font size scale field in the document layout configuration, allowing users to adjust text size. Positive values (1 to 5) increase the font size, while negative values (-1 to -5) decrease it.
