Payment Checkbox
This module integrates Odoo payment providers with the Checkbox fiscal registration system. It enables automatic fiscal receipt generation for online payments processed through any payment provider.
Key features include:
- Automatic Fiscalization: Automatically registers fiscal receipts when online payments are successfully completed
- Payment Provider Configuration: Configure cashier and cash register for each payment provider
- Invoice Linking: Automatically links invoices to fiscal receipts
- Seamless Integration: Works with any Odoo payment provider
Configuration
Setting up Payment Provider
To enable automatic fiscalization for a payment provider:
- Go to Invoicing / Sales > Configuration > Payment Providers
- Select the payment provider you want to configure
- In the Checkbox section, select:
- Cashier - the Checkbox cashier for fiscal operations
- Cash Register - the Checkbox cash register to use
- Save the configuration
How It Works
- Customer initiates an online payment through a configured payment provider
- Payment provider processes the transaction
- When the transaction is successfully completed (state = 'done'):
- The module checks if the payment provider has Checkbox cashier and cash register configured
- If configured, it automatically creates a fiscal receipt
- The receipt is linked to the related invoice
- The payment is posted with the fiscal data
