Akt of Work Performed from Sale Order
Adds an A4 portrait Akt vykonanykh robit (Act of Work Performed / Services Rendered) printable PDF for sale.order. Two-column ZATVERDZHUYU header (executor + customer) with chief signatory blocks, line table, totals with amount-in-words. Use as a closing document right from the Sale Order — no Customer Invoice required first.
A4 portrait QWeb-PDF
File name format Akt - S00012. Print action appears under the standard Print menu of the Sale Order form.
Two-sided ZATVERDZHUYU
Renders chief.function and chief.name on both executor and customer sides — pulled from kw_account_partner_requisites.
Ukrainian amount-in-words
Total and untaxed amounts spelled in Ukrainian via num2words (lang='uk').
Signatures and stamp areas
"Vykonavets / Zamovnyk" footer with named placeholders for signatures and company stamps.
Akt vykonanykh robit PDF from Sale Order — ZATVERDZHUYU columns, line table, totals in words.
How it works
- Print is forced to Ukrainian. The template applies
lang='uk_UA'to the document context regardless of the partner's language. - Closing document directly from SO. Useful when invoicing happens later or externally — print Akt as soon as the work is done.
- Akt is a free-form Ukrainian primary document. No state-mandated typography — clean professional layout, not a regulator-certified form.
- No external integrations. QWeb-PDF only.
