Bahrain WPS Payroll
LMRA Wage Protection System salary file (SIF) generator for Odoo 18 & 19
Produce the Bahrain Wage Protection System (WPS) salary file required
under the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) framework and
uploaded through your bank or the Benefit Company. Built on
hr only — no Enterprise hr_payroll
dependency — so it works on Community and Enterprise.
WPS SIF Generation
Comma-delimited Salary Information File: a HDR employer header (Commercial Registration, LMRA establishment ID, debit IBAN), one SAL record per worker and a TRL trailer with record count and total net value — all in BHD with three-decimal (fils) precision.
CPR & IBAN Validation
The 9-digit Central Population Register number is validated with the Luhn check-digit algorithm, and every Bahraini IBAN (BH + bank code + account) is verified with the ISO 13616 mod-97 checksum before the file is generated.
GOSI Social Insurance
Social Insurance Organisation contributions for Bahraini nationals and expatriates, with an editable insurable-wage ceiling and fully configurable employer / employee rates per company.
Batches & One-Click Download
Salary batches with per-employee lines, GOSI breakdown and totals, a quick "New WPS Batch" wizard, and a single button to download the ready-to-upload SIF file.
Bring Your Own Key
The generated SIF is downloaded and uploaded through your own bank channel or the Benefit portal using your registered employer credentials. The module never brokers government or bank access on your behalf.
