Bolivia SIAT e-Invoice
Facturación electrónica en línea — Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SIN) SIAT
Issue, sign and report fiscal documents to the Bolivian SIAT online modality directly from Odoo. CUF generation with the módulo-11 check digit, daily CUFD handling, contingency emission, QR verification and a BYOK SIAT transport — built on the shared e-Invoicing engine. Compatible with Odoo 18 & 19.
Built for the groups 9-12 final wave
The exclusive SIAT online modality is mandatory for taxpayer groups 9-12 from 1 October 2026 (RND-102600000007, 25 March 2026). This connector implements the technical specification end to end.
CUF (Código Único de Factura)
Deterministic CUF generation per the SIAT spec: fixed-position decimal concatenation (NIT, emission datetime YYYYMMDDHHmmssSSS, sucursal, modalidad, tipo de emisión, tipo de factura, documento sector, número, punto de venta), módulo-11 check digit, and Base-16 encoding.
CUFD & cabecera fiscal
Daily control code (CUFD) fetch and embedding, plus the SIAT cabecera identifiers (código de sistema, ambiente, modalidad, actividad económica, leyenda Ley N° 453) emitted as a UBL extension on the document.
NIT validation
Structural NIT validation (7-15 digits) with an advisory módulo-11 trailing-digit check. No invented checksum where the SIN does not publish one — warnings, not false rejections.
Online & contingency
Emit in línea or fuera de línea (contingencia) with a per-invoice toggle, plus a contingency catch-up package path for deferred SIAT reception.
BYOK SIAT transport
Piloto/producción endpoint defaults (fully editable), CUFD request, recepciónFactura, recepciónPaquete and verificaciónEstado. Authenticated with your own SIAT delegated API token — never bundled, never shared.
QR & validation rules
SIAT public-consulta QR (NIT, CUF, número) on the representación gráfica, and a validation rule set layered on the EN 16931-ish engine core (currency BOB, CUFD present, IVA category, fiscal leyenda, line/tax/total coherence).
Workflow
Onboarding wizard → post invoice → Validate →
Generate SIAT XML (CUF + QR) → Send to SIAT → poll

einvoice.document envelope with full transport
logging.
Disclosure
This module transmits invoice data only to the SIAT endpoint you configure, authenticated with your own SIAT delegated API token (BYOK). No data is sent anywhere else.
