Cameroon CNPS Payroll
IRPP & CAC income tax, CNPS social security, CFC / FNE / TDL and DIPE export — Odoo 18 & 19
Run Cameroon statutory payroll directly in Odoo. The payslip engine, the editable IRPP bands and the TDL communal-tax brackets are this module's own models — there is no Odoo Enterprise dependency. Every rate, ceiling, band and bracket is configurable so you keep pace with each Finance Law without touching code.
Income tax: IRPP + CAC
Progressive IRPP on net taxable salary (10% / 15% / 25% / 35%) after the 30% professional-expenses allowance, the CNPS pension deduction and the FCFA 500,000 annual abatement, plus the 10% Centimes Additionnels Communaux surcharge — computed and reported separately.
CNPS social security
Old-age pension (PVID) 4.2% employee + 4.9% employer, family allowances 7% employer and the industrial-accident branch by risk class (1.75% / 2.5% / 5%), all on the FCFA 750,000 monthly ceiling.
CFC, FNE & TDL
Credit Foncier du Cameroun (1% employee + 1.5% employer), Fonds National de l'Emploi (1% employer) and the flat Taxe de Developpement Local on an editable salary-bracket table, withheld from the employee.
DIPE export & register
Generate the CNPS social-security DIPE and the DGI monthly salary-tax DIPE as upload-ready files, plus a CSV / Excel payroll register and a statutory remittance summary split by collecting body.
Editable, validated and BYOK
CNPS matricule and DGI NIU validators enforce the official formats. The pure-Python computation engine is fully unit tested. Declarations are filed through the CNPS e-services and the DGI portal with your own credentials — no employee data leaves Odoo and nothing is transmitted to a third party.
All defaults carry the current statutory values; confirm them against the latest official DGI and CNPS guidance before running live payroll.
