Egypt ETA e-Receipt for Odoo POS
Turn Point-of-Sale orders into ETA e-receipts (the B2C counterpart of the e-invoice): build the receipt document, validate it, produce the canonical string and UUID for the POS signature, and submit batches with your own ETA credentials (BYOK). Built on point_of_sale.
What It Does
This module builds Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-receipts from Odoo POS orders. It assembles the official receipt structure (header, documentType S, seller, itemData with taxableItems, totals and payment method), computes VAT (T1, 14%) per item, validates the mandatory fields and totals, and produces the exact canonical serialization and SHA-256 UUID the POS signs. Receipts are submitted to the ETA in batches using your own e-receipt credentials, and a Z-report CSV summarises a batch by payment method.
