Spain SII e-Invoice
AEAT Suministro Inmediato de Información for Odoo — real-time VAT record books straight from your invoices and bills
Supply your Spanish VAT record books to the AEAT in near real time over the SII SOAP web service. Customer invoices and vendor bills become the official issued (facturas emitidas) and received (facturas recibidas) ledgers, transmitted over mutual-TLS with your own certificate, and the returned CSV proof is stored on the move.

SuministroLRFacturasEmitidas and SuministroLRFacturasRecibidas XML with the IDFactura key, periodo de liquidación, Contraparte, TipoFactura and the per-rate DesgloseIVA breakdown — CuotaRepercutida on sales, CuotaSoportada and CuotaDeducible on purchases.
AEAT SOAP submission
Submission over mutual-TLS using your AEAT-registered certificate. Pre-production and production endpoints are editable; requests retry with exponential backoff and every call is logged.
Accurate VAT breakdown
Lines are aggregated into the SII rate buckets with Sujeta / Sujeta-Exenta handling, special-regime keys (01 general, 07 cash basis, 09 intra-EU, …) and rectificative (R1–R5) referencing of the corrected invoice.
Real NIF validation
DNI (modulo-23 control letter), NIE and CIF (AEAT control-digit algorithm) validation on the company and partners, with VAT-prefix stripping for the SII NIF and an IDOtro block for foreign counterparties.
Response & CSV handling
The AEAT EstadoEnvio and per-record EstadoRegistro are parsed; the CSV verification code is stored as proof of supply and per-record error codes and descriptions are surfaced for correction.
Bring your own key
Your X.509 certificate and private key live only on your database and are materialised to a short-lived file only for the TLS handshake — never bundled with the module and never sent inside any payload.

Disclosure: this module transmits VAT-record data only to the AEAT SII endpoint you configure. Your certificate and private key are stored solely on your own database and are used only to establish the mutual-TLS session.
