TicketBAI España
Basque certified invoicing for Odoo — XAdES-signed, chained invoices with TBAI identifier & foral QR (Araba, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa)
Turn every customer invoice into a TicketBAI record: cryptographically chained to the previous invoice (encadenamiento), carrying the TBAI identifier and the foral QR code, ready to be signed with your own qualified certificate (BYOK) and submitted to the Araba, Bizkaia (BATUZ / LROE) or Gipuzkoa reception service.
Invoice chaining (encadenamiento)
Every TicketBAI record references the previous invoice of its series, with a first-record sentinel for the genesis record. Appends are row-locked so two simultaneous invoices can never fork the chain, and a SHA-256 fingerprint over each link powers a one-click tamper check across the whole series.
TBAI identifier & CRC-8
The identifier is assembled exactly as the specification dictates:
TBAI-<NIF>-<DDMMYY>-<13 signature chars>-<CRC8>,
with the CRC-8 (polynomial 0x07) computed over the identifier so any
verifier can re-derive it. The same checksum secures the QR URL.
Foral QR code
The QR encodes the verification URL of the issuing territory —
Araba (ticketbai.araba.eus), Bizkaia
(batuz.eus) or Gipuzkoa
(tbai.egoitza.gipuzkoa.eus) — with the spec-correct
trailing CRC-8 and the TicketBAI legend, rendered to PNG for the
invoice report. Endpoints are editable defaults.
XAdES signature — BYOK
The invoice XML is signed with your own qualified certificate (PKCS#12 keystore) using an enveloped XAdES signature when the native signing stack is present; a deterministic development fallback keeps the identifier/QR pipeline reproducible without it. No certificate is ever bundled with the module.
TicketBAI alta XML
A full T:TicketBai document (Cabecera / Sujetos / Factura /
HuellaTBAI) is built from your Odoo invoices, including the
licensed-software metadata block and the per-rate VAT breakdown.
Foral submission & validation
Signed XML is posted to the documented Araba / Bizkaia / Gipuzkoa reception endpoints over mutual-TLS, with retry/backoff and request logging. A TicketBAI rule set (issuer NIF, EUR currency, permitted TipoFactura, recognised territory, coherent totals) validates each invoice before it leaves.
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19
Built on the shared e-Invoice Core Engine and the Veri*factu hash-chain engine. Only the endpoints and the certificate you configure are ever contacted; this module transmits nothing on its own.
