Georgia RS.ge e-Invoice & Electronic Waybill
This module turns every Odoo customer invoice into a compliant
Georgian Revenue Service (RS.ge) electronic waybill / special tax
invoice. It builds the canonical WayBillService XML expected by
services.rs.ge, validates Georgian taxpayer identification numbers, computes
the single national 18% VAT, and transmits over SOAP using
your own RS.ge service credentials — nothing is routed through a
third party.
- One-click waybill from an invoice; invoice lines map straight to RS.ge goods.
- Georgian TIN validation (9-digit entity, 11-digit personal) on company and partner.
- Correct 18% VAT with standard, zero-rated and exempt via RS.ge
VAT_TYPEcodes. - Waybill types: inner, transport, without-transport, distribution, return, sub-waybill.
- BYOK SOAP transmission with your service user / password; test & production endpoints.
- Full transmission log, automatic retry cron and an onboarding wizard.
- Credentials stay in your database and reach only the RS.ge endpoint you configure.
- Compatible with Odoo 18.0 and 19.0 (Community & Enterprise).
