Greece myDATA e-Books
AADE income & expense classification, period summary records and the deviations (reconciliation) report — Odoo 18 & 19
Keep the Greek AADE myDATA electronic books (Βιβλία Εσόδων-Εξόδων) directly inside Odoo. Every income and expense document is classified, each period is aggregated into the AADE summary records, and the local ledger is reconciled against the AADE registry to surface every deviation. Built on the Greece myDATA Invoice connector — it reuses your existing AADE connection, the ΑΦΜ validator and the RequestDocs transport.
Income & Expense Classification
The full myDATA income (category1_x / E3_561_xxx)
and expense (category2_x / E3_xxx +
VAT_xxx deduction) code lists, with an auto-classifier that
proposes the category, type and VAT-deduction code from each document's
shape — goods vs services, domestic vs intra-community vs third-country,
deductible vs non-deductible. Applied on posting, overridable per
document.
Period Summary Records
A deterministic decimal aggregation engine folds every posted customer and vendor document of a month, quarter or custom range into per-classification summary records — signed for refunds — with the income/expense net, VAT and the implied output-minus-input VAT balance.
Deviations Report
Fetches the AADE registry over the connector's RequestDocs transport, parses the RequestedDoc XML and runs a four-way reconciliation: MARKs missing locally, MARKs missing in AADE, amount deviations beyond tolerance and classification deviations against the counterparty — each rendered as an actionable, severity-tagged line.
e-Book Workbench
A period model and builder wizard with a clear workflow (draft → aggregated → reconciled → closed), the summary-record dump, the deviation lines and an optional daily re-aggregation cron so summaries track late postings.
Built for Trust
- BYOK — reuses the myDATA connection you configured in the invoice connector; no credentials are bundled and data is read only from the AADE host you set.
- Validated codes — a myDATA e-book rule set is registered into the e-Invoice engine: issuer ΑΦΜ, period bounds, book type and per-line classification validity.
- Real algorithms — the aggregation, reconciliation and XML parsing logic is Odoo-free and unit-tested.
- Odoo 18 & 19 — same code path on both releases.
Disclosure: this module reads the AADE registry only through the myDATA endpoint you configure on the connection. No data is sent anywhere else.
