Hungary eNyugta E-Receipt Reporting
NAV / KOBAK receipt-data reporting, mandatory from 1 September 2026
From 1 September 2026 every Hungarian business issuing receipts (nyugta) must report the receipt data to the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) through the eNyugta / KOBAK machine interface. This connector wires your Odoo customer documents - cash receipts and customer invoices issued as receipts - directly to that obligation, generating the structured receipt-data report, signing the request with your own credentials and submitting it to NAV.
eNyugta Receipt-Data Reports
Generates the NAV nyugtaadat receipt-data document with the
Hungarian VAT-rate buckets (27% / 18% / 5% / 0% / AAM / TAM), per-line
and per-rate VAT summaries, CREATE / STORNO / MODIFY operations and
original-receipt referencing for corrections.
Hungarian Tax Number Validation
Validates the company and partner tax numbers (adoszam) with the genuine NAV check-digit algorithm (weights 9,7,3,1,9,7,3), plus VAT-code and county-code checks - catching typos before a receipt is reported.
Real NAV Authentication
Computes the real NAV request artefacts locally from your own keys: the
SHA-512 technical-user password hash, the SHA3-512 request signature over
requestId + timestamp + signingKey, and the per-receipt
base64 payload hash that folds into the signature.
KOBAK Connection & Verification QR
A BYOK REST client handles token exchange, receipt submission and status polling against the NAV test / production hosts (editable), with retry, backoff and full call logging. Each accepted receipt gets a printed verification reference and a NAV receipt-portal QR code.
Bring-Your-Own-Key & Privacy
Your NAV technical-user login, password, signing key and exchange key are stored only on your own database and are never bundled with the module or sent anywhere except the NAV KOBAK endpoint you configure. The connector ships with no vendor-hosted accounts: you connect with your own NAV technical user.
Guided Onboarding & Batch Reporting
A guided onboarding wizard helps you enter and validate the company tax number and outlet code. An optional cron drains posted customer documents to NAV in batches, so high-volume receipt issuers stay compliant without manual steps.
