WHAT IT CONTAINS
Four shared masters, entered once
ICEGATE customs port master Sea ports, air cargo stations, ICDs/CFS and land customs stations with their station codes. Bills of Entry and Export Shipments both select from the same list. |
CBIC customs exchange rates Enter each fortnightly CBIC notification once - currency, effective date, import rate and export rate. Bills of Entry pick the import rate and Export Shipments the export rate automatically by document date; manual override always stays possible. |
Company customs identity & AD Code register IEC, AD Code and RCMC live on the company record (next to the GSTIN), maintained in one place and used by every document in the suite. A per-port AD Code registration register tracks which bank code is registered at which customs port. |
Deliberately invisible No app icon, no menus of its own. The masters appear inside the Configuration menus of the apps that use them. You never install this module directly - it arrives with the first suite app you install. |
