Jordan JoFotara Inbound
Retrieve ISTD-cleared supplier invoices and turn them into vendor bills — automatically
JoFotara, the national e-invoicing clearance platform of the Jordanian Income & Sales Tax Department (ISTD), has been mandatory for all taxpayers since 1 April 2025. Once your supplier clears an invoice issued to you, the cleared UBL becomes available to you as the buyer. This module pulls those cleared supplier invoices straight into Odoo, stores their ISTD clearance identity (UUID, ICV and QR) and books them as draft vendor bills — the mirror of the outbound clearance connector, with no re-keying.
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 — Community & Enterprise
Buyer-side retrieval (BYOK)
Lists the documents cleared against your tax number in a date window and fetches each cleared UBL by its ISTD UUID using your own Client-Id and Secret-Key. Sandbox and production endpoints ship as editable defaults; your credentials are never bundled and are sent only to the host you configure.
Faithful UBL parsing
Reads the cleared UBL 2.1 Invoice or Credit Note — UUID, ICV, GST tax categories, line items, totals and the seller/buyer tax identifiers — as the exact inverse of the outbound generator, at JoFotara's 3-decimal monetary precision.
Integrity & QR cross-check
Reconciles header totals against the sum of lines and cross-verifies the embedded ISTD TLV QR against the cleared document UUID and totals before a bill is ever booked, so a tampered or mismatched document is caught early.
Smart vendor matching
Scores your existing vendors by tax number and name, links the best match automatically, or creates the unknown supplier for you — your choice via a single company setting.
One-click vendor bills
Creates a draft vendor bill (or credit note) from the parsed lines, with duplicate protection keyed on the JoFotara UUID so the same supplier invoice is never booked twice — whether it arrives by API pull or manual upload.
Pull on a schedule, or on demand
An onboarding wizard captures your tax number and credentials; a configurable cron pulls the look-back window automatically; an upload wizard imports cleared UBL a supplier sends you by e-mail. A Pull Now button is always one click away.
Built on the shared e-Invoicing engine
This connector extends the shared e-Invoicing Core Engine (BYOK REST transport, TLV QR and validation framework) and the outbound Jordan JoFotara connector (shared Jordan tax-identifier validation).
Disclosure & BYOK policy: we deliver the software only. It runs entirely under your own JoFotara credentials (bring-your-own-key) issued by the ISTD to your registered taxpayer account. We are not an e-invoicing integrator or operator — the relationship is strictly between you and the Income & Sales Tax Department (ISTD). The module retrieves invoice data only from the ISTD JoFotara endpoint you configure, authenticated with the keys you enter; no invoice data is sent anywhere else. Product support is provided and the purchase is refundable per the marketplace policy. (نقدم البرمجيات فقط، وتعمل ببيانات اعتمادك الخاصة.)
