Jordan JoFotara B2C POS Receipt
Jordan's Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) operates JoFotara, the national e-invoicing platform. Every invoice is submitted as a structured UBL 2.1 document for clearance and the platform returns the QR code for the customer receipt. This module covers the B2C simplified retail variant: a fast, validated path to generate the JoFotara UBL, clear it with your own credentials, and store the cleared QR.
UBL 2.1 generation & validation
Builds a canonical JoFotara UBL 2.1 Invoice/CreditNote (type 388/381) with the seller class and payment method encoding. A pre-submission rule engine (JO-01 ⦠JO-09) checks the seller TIN, activity number, 16% GST, JOD currency and content rules.
ISTD QR & BYOK clearance
Stores the official JoFotara QR on clearance; before that a local TLV verification QR is produced. Transmission uses your own Client-Id and Secret-Key, stored only in your database, with sandbox/production switching, batch clearance, credit notes and an optional scheduled job. A format generator + BYOK helper, not a certified integrator.
