Odoo向けの法定適格請求書PDF —— 登録番号、税率ごとの消費税額、軽減税率の区分表示

適合した適格請求書を、そのままOdooから

2023年10月1日より、日本では適格請求書等保存方式（インボイス制度） が始まりました。買手が消費税の仕入税額控除を受けられるのは、受け取った請求書が、 消費税法が求める記載事項をすべて備えた真正な適格請求書である場合に限られ ます。本アプリは、Odooの顧客請求書・クレジットノートに専用の適格請求書 PDF印刷レイアウトを追加し、発行するすべての書類で買手の仕入税額控除を 守ります。

発行者の登録番号

発行者の登録番号（T＋13桁）を各請求書の冒頭に印字します。番号は 国税庁の法人番号チェックディジットのアルゴリズム（9 −（Σ 加重後の各桁）mod 9） により会社およびすべての取引先で検証され、誤入力された番号は印刷前に検出されます。

税率ごとの消費税額

レイアウトは請求書を税率区分ごとに分け、各税率について税率区分ごとの対価の額 とその消費税額等を表示します —— まさに法が求めるとおりです （税率ごとに区分した対価の額と消費税額等）。標準10%と軽減8%のいずれ にも対応し、ゼロ税率および対象外の取引も扱えます。

軽減税率の区分表示

軽減税率（8%）の各明細には記号※を付し、フッターに ※は軽減税率対象である旨を記載します —— 標準税率と軽減税率の品目が同一の 請求書に混在する場合に法が求める表示です。

税率区分ごとに一回の端数処理

消費税は税率区分ごとに一回、区分の合計額から一度だけ端数処理して 算定します —— 適格請求書等保存方式が求めるとおり、明細行ごとには行いません。 端数処理の方向（切り捨て／四捨五入／切り上げ）は会社ごとに選択できます。

必須記載事項のチェック

組み込みのチェック機能が、各請求書を法定の適格請求書チェックリスト —— 登録事業者の 氏名・名称と登録番号、交付を受ける者の氏名・名称、取引年月日、税率ごとの対価の額、 軽減税率の表示 —— に照らして検証し、不足や不整合があれば請求書上およびワンクリックの ウィザードで直接報告します。PDFを発行する前に問題を修正できます。

税率は、消費税法および地方税法のもとで国税庁が所管する公表された法定の値です。 いかなる行政システムへの送信も行いません —— 本アプリは印刷レイアウトのみを生成 します。

コミュニティ版のみで、新規DBにインストール可能

標準のOdoo accountモジュールの上に構築され、エンタープライズ依存は ありません。Odooコミュニティ版・エンタープライズ版のバージョン18.0・ 19.0で動作します。

Japan Qualified Invoice Print Layout (適格請求書)

A statutory Japanese qualified-invoice PDF for Odoo — registration number, per-rate consumption-tax subtotals and reduced-rate marking

A compliant qualified invoice, straight from Odoo

Since 1 October 2023 Japan runs the Qualified Invoice System. A buyer may only claim the consumption-tax input credit when the invoice it received is a genuine qualified invoice (適格請求書) carrying every item the Consumption Tax Act requires. This app adds a dedicated qualified-invoice PDF print layout to your Odoo customer invoices and credit notes.

Registration number & per-rate subtotals

Prints the T+13 issuer registration number (登録番号), validated with the NTA corporate-number check-digit algorithm. The layout segregates the invoice by tax-rate category and shows the rate-category subtotal and consumption-tax amount for standard 10% and reduced 8%, alongside zero-rated supplies.

Reduced-rate mark, single rounding & compliance check

Every reduced-rate (8%) line is flagged ※. Consumption tax is computed once per rate category with a single rounding (round down / half up / up, per company). A built-in check validates each invoice against the statutory checklist before the PDF goes out.

No transmission to any government system is performed — this app produces the print layout only. Built on the standard Odoo account module with no Enterprise dependency. Works on Odoo Community and Enterprise, versions 18.0 and 19.0.
