受信したJP PINT（Peppol）請求書をOdooの仕入請求書に変換 —— ご自身のアクセスポイントを利用

日本 JP PINT 受信は、ご自身のPeppolアクセスポイントが JP PINT 請求仕様（urn:peppol:pint:billing-1@jp-1） に基づいて受け取ったUBL 2.1の請求書・クレジットノートを解析し、ドラフトの仕入請求書 に変換します。仕入請求書が元帳に届く前に、日本の適格請求書等保存方式 のデータ —— 売手の登録番号、税率ごとの消費税内訳、書類の合計額 —— を検証します。

日本の適格請求書等保存方式に対応

2023年10月1日以降、仕入税額控除を受けられるのは、登録事業者が発行した適格請求書 に記載された消費税に限られます。本モジュールは、その確認を受信側で自動化します —— 受信した各書類について、有効な登録番号と、税率ごとに区分された正しい消費税内訳を、 仕入請求書になる前にチェックします。

UBLの受信解析

JP PINT 請求プロファイルに準拠したUBL 2.1のInvoice・ CreditNoteを読み取ります。取引当事者、参照情報、支払手段、金額合計、 消費税内訳、各明細行を抽出します。

登録番号の検証

売手の適格請求書発行事業者の登録番号（T＋13桁の法人番号）を、 国税庁のチェックディジットのアルゴリズムで検証します。未登録または誤入力の発行者は、 その税額が控除に用いられる前に検知されます。

税率ごとの消費税内訳

標準10%（区分S）と軽減8%（区分AA）を分離し、非課税・輸出・ 対象外の区分も認識します —— 各区分について「課税標準 × 税率」が申告された税額と 一致するかを検証します。

ワンクリックで仕入請求書

突合した仕入先、書類明細、対応付けた仕入税で、ドラフトの仕入請求書（またはクレジット ノート）を作成します。元のPINT書類は仕入請求書に紐付いたまま残り、完全な監査証跡と なります。

検証される項目

チェック内容
仕様書類がJP PINTのカスタマイゼーション識別子を宣言している。
登録番号売手が、正しいチェックディジットを持つT＋法人番号を備えている。
税内訳税率ごとの消費税小計が存在し、認識可能な区分コード（S, AA, E, G, O）を用いている。
税率の整合10% / 8% の法定税率、かつ区分ごとに「課税標準 × 税率 = 税額」。
明細の整合明細金額の合計が書類の明細合計と一致する。
書類合計税抜 + 税 = 税込、支払額 = 税込 − 前払 ± 端数。

本モジュールは、ご自身のPeppolアクセスポイントがすでに受け取った 書類を読み取ります。ネットワーク送信は一切行わず、アクセスポイントの 認定も主張しません。解析、検証、仕入請求書の作成はすべてOdooデータベース内で行われます。 書類の受信方法はお客様が管理します。

対応バージョン

Odoo 18.0・19.0（コミュニティ版・エンタープライズ版）。標準の accountアプリの上に構築され、エンタープライズ専用の依存はありません。

Turn inbound JP PINT (Peppol) invoices into Odoo vendor bills — using your own access point

Japan PINT Receiver parses the UBL 2.1 invoices and credit notes your own Peppol access point delivers under the JP PINT billing specification (urn:peppol:pint:billing-1@jp-1) and converts them into draft vendor bills. It validates the Japanese Qualified Invoice System data — the seller's registration number, the per-rate JCT breakdown and the document totals — before a single bill reaches your ledger.

Inbound UBL parsing & registration validation

Reads UBL 2.1 Invoice and CreditNote documents conforming to the JP PINT billing profile and validates the seller's registration number (T + 13-digit Corporate Number) with the NTA check-digit algorithm.

Per-rate JCT breakdown & one-click bill

Separates 10% standard (S) and 8% reduced (AA), verifying base × rate = declared tax per bucket, then creates a draft vendor bill with matched supplier and mapped purchase taxes. The source PINT document stays linked for audit.

BYOK — your access point, your data

This module reads a document your own Peppol access point already delivered. It performs no network transmission and claims no access-point accreditation. Odoo 18.0 and 19.0 (Community and Enterprise), built on the standard account application.
