한국 수정 전자세금계산서

정정, 환입, 계약 해제를 위한 국세청(NTS) 수정세금계산서를 생성 —— 원본 국세청 문서에 연결

고객 세금계산서가 이미 발급되어 한국 국세청에 의해 승인된 후 변경이 발생하면, 이를 곧바로 수정하는 것이 아니라 수정세금계산서로 신고해야 합니다. 이 모듈은 6가지 법정 사유 전부에 대해 국세청 수정세금계산서 XML을 구성하고, 올바른 조정 금액과 부호를 자동으로 도출하며, 각 정정을 원본 국세청 승인번호에 연결하고, 직접 보유한 국세청 e세로 / ASP 인증서로 업로드하기 전에 결과를 검증합니다. Odoo 18 및 Odoo 19와 호환됩니다.

6가지 법정 수정 사유

국세청의 전체 사유 표가 구현되어 있습니다: 기재사항 착오 정정, 공급가액 변동, 재화의 환입, 계약의 해제, 내국신용장 사후 개설, 착오에 의한 이중 발급. 각 사유는 고유한 발급 매수와 부호 규칙을 가지며 —— 모듈이 이를 대신 적용합니다.

원본 문서에 연결

모든 수정세금계산서는 원본 24자리 국세청 승인번호와 원본 발급일을 전용 수정 블록에 기재합니다 —— 정정을 원본 세금계산서에 연결하도록 국세청이 요구하는 그대로입니다. 원본 세금계산서의 통계 버튼에서 해당 수정세금계산서로, 그리고 다시 원본으로 이동할 수 있습니다.

자동 금액 도출

원본 세금계산서와 사유를 선택하면 모듈이 조정 행을 계산합니다: 착오 정정과 신용장 개설의 경우 전체 음(-)의 취소와 정정 재발급, 공급가액 변동의 경우 차액만, 재화 환입의 경우 환입분, 계약 해제나 이중 발급의 경우 전체 음(-) 처리입니다. 한국의 표준 부가가치세 10%와 영세율 0% 규칙이 자동으로 적용됩니다.

국세청 업무 규칙 검증

제출 전에 모듈은 공급자와 공급받는자의 사업자등록번호를 공표된 국세청 체크 디지트 알고리즘으로 검증하고, 필수 원본 문서 연결, 공급가액 + 부가세 = 총액의 산술, 사유별로 기대되는 부호, 그리고 공급가액 변동의 발급 기한(다음 달 10일)을 점검합니다. 차단 오류가 있으면 생성이 중단됩니다.

직접 인증정보 사용 (BYOK)

이 모듈은 수정 전자세금계산서 XML을 사용자의 Odoo 데이터베이스 안에서 생성합니다. 국세청으로의 전송은 사용자가 직접, 자신의 국세청 e세로 계정 또는 선택한 인증 ASP를 통해, 자신의 인증서로 수행합니다. 이 모듈은 인증 ASP가 아니며 사용자를 대신해 어떤 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다; 어떤 세금계산서 데이터도 사용자의 데이터베이스를 벗어나지 않습니다.

Korea Modified e-Tax Invoice

Generate National Tax Service (NTS) modified electronic tax invoices (수정세금계산서) for corrections, returns and contract cancellations — linked to the original NTS document

When a customer tax invoice has already been issued and accepted by the Korean National Tax Service, any later change must be reported as a modified e-Tax invoice — not edited in place. This module builds the NTS modified tax-invoice XML for all six statutory reasons, derives the correct adjustment amounts and signs automatically, chains each correction to the original NTS approval number, and validates the result before you upload it through your own NTS e-Sero / ASP certificate. Compatible with Odoo 18 and 19.

Six statutory reasons & original linkage

The full NTS reason table (error correction, supply-value change, return of goods, contract cancellation, retroactive L/C opening, duplicate issuance), each with its own invoice count and sign convention. Every modified invoice quotes the original 24-digit NTS approval number and issue date.

Automatic amount derivation & validation

Pick the original invoice and reason; the module computes cancel / re-issue / delta / return lines with 10% VAT and 0% zero-rated applied. It validates BRNs, the mandatory original linkage, supply + VAT = total, the expected sign, and the value-change issuance deadline before generation.

Bring your own credentials (BYOK)

This module generates the modified e-Tax invoice XML inside your own Odoo database. Transmission to the NTS is performed by you, through your own NTS e-Sero account or your chosen certified ASP, using your own certificate. The module is not a certified ASP and does not transmit any data on your behalf; no invoice data leaves your database.
