Tracked goods & registration

Flag products as VWH tracked goods with a validated 10-digit TN VED EAEU code and MKEI unit, then batch-register them with a dry-run validation mode.

Income / outcome documents

Build income documents from a customs declaration (validated GTD number) and outcome documents for sale / ESF / export, rejected if the local balance is insufficient — just as the portal rejects it.

Stock-move synchronisation

Incoming transfers raise the VWH balance; outgoing deliveries of tracked goods lower it and can auto-build a draft outcome document, with optional delivery blocking.

FIFO income lots & GTD traceability

Every income document registers a lot keyed by its customs declaration (GTD); every outcome consumes those lots FIFO, and a write-off form carries the consumed lot's declaration number to IS ESF, so the portal can reconcile it against the declaration the goods arrived under. The virtual-warehouse balance is derived from the lot ledger rather than maintained separately, and the lots themselves are visible under Balances → VWH Income Lots.

One consumption point, per company

Tracked goods are consumed exactly once: when "auto-build outcome on delivery validation" is on, the outcome document is the single consumption point and the picking only pre-checks; when it is off, the picking keeps its decrement. A document IS ESF has already taken cannot be reset or re-submitted, and a balance that goes negative is reported as a negative balance — never silently clamped to zero, because that is the discrepancy the module exists to detect. A manager can rebuild the ledger from the accepted documents at any time.

Balances, income lots, documents and the API call log are all per company, and the IS ESF connection settings (IIN, password and EDS container, BIN, warehouse id, endpoint) live on the company record, so two Kazakh entities in one database no longer share one set of credentials and one balance row. The credentials and the EDS container are administrator-only.

Official IS ESF Virtual Warehouse API

The module speaks the official SOAP API of the IS ESF Virtual Warehouse: it opens a session with your IIN, password and certificate, uploads production, import (opening balance), write-off and goods-registration Universal Forms signed with your own EDS, polls their status and reads the current balances. Sales, ESF, exports and incoming SNTs are not uploaded: IS ESF moves the virtual-warehouse balance itself when the e-invoice or e-waybill is issued, so those documents are recorded locally.

Balance reconciliation & BYOK

Pull live balances from the IS ESF portal — read to the last block of the official paging — and reconcile against Odoo-computed balances. An answer that is a SOAP fault, is not a SOAP envelope, or names no accepted form id, is recorded as a failure with the body excerpt, never as a silent success, and the failure log row survives the abort that reports it. You authenticate with your own digital signature (ЭЦП); the module is not an accredited operator. Odoo 18.0 / 19.0, Community or Enterprise.
