Lithuania i.VAZ e-Waybill
VMI i.MAS i.VAZ consignment-note (vežimas) XML generation for the road transport of goods
Produce the i.VAZ consignment-note XML the Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate VMI i.MAS i.VAZ subsystem requires. Outgoing transfers become the i.VAZ ConsignmentNote XML document, validated against the i.VAZ business rules and ready to download and submit to VMI. You then record the registration identifier VMI returns on the transfer. The module never transmits on its own.
i.VAZ consignment XML
Header, consignor / consignee / carrier parties, loading & unloading locations, vehicle and trailer plate and the goods list with quantity, UN/ECE measurement-unit codes, weight and amount — plus aggregated totals. Deterministic, schema-versioned output that round-trips through an XML parser.
Download & submit
Each transfer keeps a status (to generate / generated / registered / cancelled) and a generated document whose XML you download and submit to VMI through the i.MAS portal or your own accredited software. Record the registration identifier VMI returns for your audit trail.
Real Lithuanian VAT validation
The published weighted modulus-11 (two-pass) check-digit algorithm validates the 9-digit PVM (VAT) code and the 9-digit company registration code, with structural EU-VAT checks for foreign trading partners. Constraints run on the company and on partners.
Business-rule validation
Waybill number, transport date, party identifiers, loading and unloading addresses, the vehicle plate and the goods lines are checked before the XML is built, so issues surface as clear messages rather than a VMI rejection after submission.
Your data stays with you
The module builds the i.VAZ XML locally from your own transfers and company data. Nothing is bundled with the module and nothing is sent anywhere — you decide when to submit the file to VMI.
Guided onboarding
A wizard captures your VAT / company code, validates them with the real checksum validators and enables i.VAZ on the company. An optional cron generates the XML for posted transfers in batches, ready to submit.
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19.
Disclosure
This module generates an i.VAZ XML file locally for you to download and submit to the VMI i.MAS i.VAZ subsystem. It transmits nothing on its own; your VAT number and company code are stored solely on your own database.
