Mozambique AT Invoice Reporting & SAF-T (MZ)
Monthly e-Declaração extract, SAF-T (MZ) audit file and NUIT validation
Prepare the artefacts the Autoridade Tributária de Moçambique (AT)
requires from certified billing software: the monthly invoice-reporting
extract for the e-Declaração portal and the structured
SAF-T (MZ) audit file aligned with the OECD Standard Audit File for Tax.
For any chosen fiscal month the module gathers your posted customer invoices,
credit and debit notes, validates the supplier and customer NUIT, buckets
lines into the Mozambican VAT bands and produces both the AT CSV extract and the
SAF-T (MZ) AuditFile XML, ready to file.
AT Monthly Invoice Report
One row per document (FT / NC / ND) with the customer NUIT, per-rate taxable and VAT amounts (16% standard, 5% reduced, 0% zero-rated, exempt) and the net / VAT / gross totals, rendered as a semicolon-delimited CSV matching the e-Declaração layout.
SAF-T (MZ) Audit File
An OECD-derived AuditFile with Header, MasterFiles
(customers, products, tax table) and SourceDocuments/SalesInvoices, including the
SAF-T control block (NumberOfEntries, TotalDebit, TotalCredit) and deterministic
two-decimal money formatting.
Real NUIT Validation
A nine-digit structural validator with taxpayer-class detection (singular / collective / foreigner / State) and an advisory ISO 7064 MOD 11-10 check-digit guard, enforced on the company and on partners.
AT Business-Rule Validation
A Mozambique rule profile layered on the shared e-Invoice Core Engine's EN 16931-style core: supplier NUIT, B2B customer NUIT, MZN currency, SAF-T VAT codes, invoice numbering and credit-note referencing.
Workflow & Automation
- Period export model and wizard: pick a month, generate the report and the SAF-T file, download from the export record.
- Optional monthly cron that auto-builds the prior-month export per company.
- Per-invoice AT validation button and reporting status on the invoice form.
Compatibility
Compatible with Odoo 18 and Odoo 19 (Community and Enterprise). Built on the shared e-Invoice Core Engine validation framework.
Disclosure: this module generates the AT reporting and SAF-T files inside your own Odoo database for you to submit on the official AT e-Declaração portal with your own credentials. It transmits nothing on its own; your NUIT and tax data never leave your database.
