FE de la DGI de Panama — Contingencia y transmision diferida al PAC
Sigue facturando cuando el PAC esta caido. Almacena sin conexion, imprime el CAFE, reenvia en orden dentro de 72 horas.
Construido para el regimen de contingencia del SFEP
El sistema de factura electronica de Panama (SFEP) lo opera la
Direccion General de Ingresos (DGI). Cuando la DGI
o tu PAC (Proveedor de Autorizacion Calificado) es
inalcanzable, la ley te permite seguir emitiendo bajo
emision en contingencia (campo FE
iTipEmis = 02). El cliente recibe de inmediato un
CAFE (Comprobante Auxiliar de Factura
Electronica), y cada documento almacenado en bufer debe enviarse a
autorizacion dentro de las 72 horas tras la
restauracion. Este modulo automatiza exactamente ese flujo dentro
de la Contabilidad de Odoo.
Almacenamiento de contingencia sin conexion
Abre una ventana de contingencia y cada factura de cliente
contabilizada cambia automaticamente a iTipEmis = 02, se
valida y se almacena localmente — sin necesidad de red. Los
campos obligatorios de la DGI B04 (fecha y hora de
inicio) y B05 (causa) se capturan en la ventana y se
estampan en cada documento.
CAFE para el cliente
Cada documento almacenado produce una carga util CAFE y un QR que apunta a la URL de consulta de la DGI, de modo que el cliente se va con un comprobante auxiliar valido mientras la autorizacion sigue pendiente.
Resecuenciacion determinista
Cuando vuelve la conectividad, los documentos almacenados se reenvian a tu PAC en su orden exacto de emision (hora de emision, punto de venta, numero de documento) para que la secuencia autorizada en la DGI coincida con los CAFE que ya estan en manos de los clientes.
Cadena de hash a prueba de manipulaciones
Cada documento almacenado se enlaza al SHA-256 del anterior. Una verificacion de un clic detecta cualquier hueco, reordenamiento o modificacion en la cadena de reenvio antes de la transmision.
Seguimiento del SLA de 72 horas
El modulo calcula la fecha limite de transmision (emision + 72h) para cada documento almacenado, marca los incumplimientos, y prioriza primero las autorizaciones mas criticas en el tiempo al vaciar el bufer.
Transmision al PAC BYOK
No somos un PAC y no incluimos ninguna acreditacion. Tu traes tu propio contrato, token y punto final de PAC; los documentos se transmiten unicamente al punto final que configures, con un registro de transporte completo de solicitud/respuesta.

Validacion incorporada
Los documentos se comprueban contra las reglas estructurales y aritmeticas de la DGI antes de ser almacenados o transmitidos: estructura RUC/DV, campos obligatorios de contingencia, referencias de notas de credito/debito, coherencia del codigo de tasa ITBMS y conciliacion de lineas frente a totales. Los fallos se reportan con codigos estables para que nada llegue al PAC a medio formar.
Declaracion
Este modulo transmite los datos de la factura unicamente al punto final del PAC que configures. Tu token de PAC y tus identificadores RUC se almacenan unicamente en tu propia base de datos y nunca se envian a otro lugar. El modulo genera la carga util FE y el CAFE; la autorizacion legal la emite tu PAC acreditado / la DGI.

When the DGI or your PAC is unreachable, Panama's SFEP lets you keep
