Peru PLAME Payroll for Odoo
Run Peruvian payroll in Odoo — EsSalud, ONP / AFP pension, fifth-category income tax with editable UIT brackets, and the monthly PLAME (PDT 0601) declaration file. Built on hr, no Enterprise dependency.
What It Does
For each worker this module computes the monthly EsSalud employer contribution (9% of the remuneration, floored at the Remuneracion Minima Vital), the pension withholding for the worker's system — ONP (flat 13%) or AFP/SPP (10% fund plus the disability/survivor insurance premium on the capped insurable base plus the AFP commission on flow) — the fifth-category income tax (the progressive 8% / 14% / 17% / 20% / 30% scale on annual net income in UIT bands after the 7-UIT deduction), and the net pay. It then builds the monthly PLAME (Formulario Virtual 0601, PDT v4.5) declaration file with a real integrity checksum and a validated employer RUC, ready to transmit with the customer's own SUNAT SOL Clave. Every rate, the RMV, the insurable cap, the UIT and the bracket scale are editable, so the module follows the law as it changes.

- EsSalud (Ley 26790): employer 9%, RMV-floored base.
- ONP (D.L. 19990): worker flat 13%.
- AFP / SPP: 10% fund + insurance prima (capped base) + AFP commission on flow.

Esta aplicacion calcula los aportes de EsSalud (9% del empleador, con base minima en la RMV), la retencion de pension del trabajador segun su sistema — ONP (13%) o AFP/SPP (fondo 10% mas prima de seguro y comision) — y el impuesto a la renta de quinta categoria (escala progresiva 8% a 30% en tramos en UIT, con la deduccion de 7 UIT), ademas del neto. Genera el archivo mensual de la PLAME (PDT 0601 v4.5) con suma de verificacion real y validacion del RUC, listo para enviar con la Clave SOL del propio contribuyente.
