Poland ZUS KEDU XML
DRA / RCA / RSA settlement export for ZUS Płatnik & PUE
Build the Polish ZUS KEDU electronic settlement document set straight from your Odoo payroll register and export it as one XML file for import into the ZUS Płatnik desktop program or the PUE portal. Built on the ZUS payroll localization — no Enterprise dependency.
Three ZUS documents, one file
ZUS DRA
Monthly settlement declaration: payer block (NIP / REGON), declaration identifier (ordinary 01 or correction 02–39), per-fund totals and the payable summary.
ZUS RCA
Imienny raport miesięczny: one record per insured person with the social and health contribution bases and the employee / employer split of every contribution.
ZUS RSA
Raport o świadczeniach i przerwach: one record per absence interval, keyed by the ZUS benefit/break code, with the day count and paid amount.
What you get
- KEDU declaration model per company, period and correction number, with a one-click XML export.
- Document set choice: DRA only, DRA + RCA, or DRA + RCA + RSA.
- RSA break editor: absence intervals per employee; day counts derived from the dates; base-suspending codes flagged.
- Pre-export validation: payer NIP / REGON, settlement period, PESEL and insurance-title codes, RSA day/amount ranges, and a DRA-to-RCA reconciliation, with a clear error / warning report.
- Aggregation engine: DRA fund totals summed from the per-insured RCA contributions, so the declaration always reconciles.
- Correction sequence support and a wizard on the payroll run.
BYOK by design
The module renders the KEDU XML locally. The payroll officer imports it into ZUS Płatnik / PUE and signs and transmits it with the payer's own qualified certificate or ePUAP profile. No credentials and no employee data leave Odoo; this module never contacts ZUS. The official ZUS portal endpoint is carried only as an editable reference.
Funds covered
Emerytalne, rentowe, chorobowe, wypadkowe, Fundusz Pracy, Fundusz Solidarnościowy, FGSP and zdrowotne — summed per insured and reconciled to the DRA settlement totals.
Tested & compatible
Pure-Python builder, aggregation and validation engines, fully unit tested. Compatible with Odoo 18 & 19 (Community and Enterprise). Confirm all statutory codes and rates against the latest official ZUS guidance before filing.
