Eventos SIFEN Paraguay
Cancelacion · Inutilizacion · Nominacion · Disconformidad — genera, rastrea y reenvia el XML de eventos SIFEN
Un gestor de eventos completo para el SIFEN
(Sistema Integrado de Facturacion Electronica Nacional) de
Paraguay, operado por la SET / DNIT. Construye XML de eventos
conforme a los estandares para cada accion posterior a la emision
de tus documentos electronicos, sigue cada evento a lo largo de su
ciclo de vida completo, y reenvia automaticamente cuando el SIFEN
devuelve un error transitorio. El XML de eventos se genera contra el
espacio de nombres del esquema oficial Evento_v150

Eventos SIFEN soportados
Cancelacion
Cancela un documento electronico aprobado dentro de la ventana
legal. Referencia el CDC de 44 digitos y un motivo
validado (5-500 caracteres), produciendo el grupo
rGeVeCan.
Inutilizacion
Inutiliza un rango de numeros de documento que
nunca se usaran. Captura timbrado, establecimiento, punto, numeros
desde/hasta, tipo de documento y motivo, produciendo el grupo
rGeVeInu con validacion de rango.
Nominacion
Asigna o corrige el receptor de un documento emitido. Valida el
RUC + digito verificador del receptor para
contribuyentes y produce el grupo rGEveNom con tipo de
operacion y campos de pais.
Disconformidad
Como receptor, registra el desacuerdo con un DTE recibido,
referenciando el CDC y el motivo, produciendo el grupo
rGeVeDisconf.
Funciones clave
Validacion del CDC
Analisis completo del CDC de 44 digitos con el digito verificador modulo-11 oficial de la SET. Los codigos invalidos se rechazan antes de la generacion; un indicador de validez almacenado es buscable en la vista de lista.
Seguimiento de estados
Un ciclo de vida estricto — borrador, generado, en cola, enviado, aprobado, rechazado, error, cancelado — con transiciones protegidas y un rastro de auditoria completo en el chatter de cada evento.
Reenvio automatico
Los eventos que fallan con un codigo de resultado transitorio del SIFEN se marcan para reenvio y se reintentan mediante una accion planificada opcional.
Certificado BYOK
Trae tu propio certificado registrado en la SET (PEM). Las credenciales permanecen en tu base de datos y solo las usa tu propio firmante — no somos un PAC, OSE ni intermediario certificado.
Generador de solicitud SOAP
Genera la solicitud SOAP rEnviEventoDe para el punto
final recibe-evento del SIFEN y analiza el codigo de
resultado, el mensaje y el protocolo de autorizacion de la
respuesta.
Integracion con facturas
Lanza una cancelacion, nominacion o disconformidad directamente desde una factura; el CDC y el receptor se rellenan previamente y se enlazan de vuelta al documento de origen.

Como funciona
- Configura tu conexion SIFEN (entorno + tu propio certificado de la SET).
- Crea un evento desde el asistente del menu o directamente desde una factura.
- Genera el XML de eventos conforme al esquema — los campos se validan por adelantado.
- Firma con tu propio certificado y envia; el modulo construye la solicitud SOAP.
- Registra la respuesta del SIFEN; los estados aprobado, rechazado o de error transitorio se rastrean y se ofrece el reenvio automaticamente.
Nota de cumplimiento: este modulo genera los formatos de eventos SIFEN y (opcionalmente) los transmite usando tu propio certificado registrado en la SET. No actua como intermediario certificado, PAC ni OSE, y nunca transmite tus datos a ningun tercero.

Paraguay SIFEN Events
A complete event manager for Paraguay's SIFEN,
operated by the SET / DNIT. Build standards-compliant event XML for
every post-issuance action, follow each event through its lifecycle,
and resend automatically on a transient error. Generated against the
official Evento_v150 schema namespace.
