Singapore AIS IR8A
IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme — IR8A, Appendix 8A & 8B file generation
Capture your employees' annual employment income and produce the IRAS AIS submission file for Singapore, built on Odoo HR with no Enterprise dependency.
IR8A Employment Income
One record per employee: gross salary, bonus, director's fees, commission, pension, allowances, lump-sum, gratuity and pay in lieu of notice. Total employment income is computed automatically.
Appendix 8A & 8B
Benefits-in-kind (place of residence, furniture & fittings, utilities, driver and other benefits) flow into the IR8A total, and gains from share options / ESOW plans are reported on Appendix 8B.
Real NRIC / FIN Validation
Every identifier is checked with the official check-digit algorithm (S, T, F, G and M series) before the file is built, so your submission never carries an identifier IRAS rejects.
AIS File & API 2.0 Ready
Generates the record-oriented AIS validation file (header, IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B and control-total footer) with whole-dollar amounts and the 2,000-records-per-batch split used by AIS API 2.0. The IRAS endpoint is an editable default and submission uses your own (BYOK) IRAS credentials.
Built for Odoo 18 & 19
Pure-Python file builder and NRIC/FIN validator, fully unit tested. Confirm all figures and the current AIS technical specification against the latest official IRAS guidance before filing.
