Singapore Payroll Pro for Odoo
Gross-to-net Singapore payroll — CPF, the Skills Development Levy and the Foreign Worker Levy, with MOM itemised pay slips — built on hr with no Enterprise hr_payroll dependency.
What It Does
This module turns a Singapore employee's gross salary into net pay and full employer cost. It reuses the audited, age-banded CPF computation from the Singapore CPF Payroll connector, then adds the two employer levies — the Skills Development Levy (SDL) and the Foreign Worker Levy (FWL) — and produces a Ministry of Manpower itemised pay register for the salary period.
Key Features
CPF Contributions
Age-banded CPF for employer and employee with the Ordinary Wage and Additional Wage ceilings, via the shared Singapore CPF engine — one audited computation across both modules.
Skills Development Levy
0.25% of total monthly remuneration for every employee, with the SGD 2 floor and SGD 11.25 cap (SkillsFuture Singapore / CPF Board).
Foreign Worker Levy
Monthly levy for Work Permit and S Pass holders by employer sector (Construction, Manufacturing, Marine, Process, Services) and worker tier, with MOM daily proration for partial months.
MOM Itemised Pay Slip
An itemised pay register carrying the MOM required items — basic salary, additional wages, gross, employee CPF deduction, other deductions, net pay and the employer CPF contribution.
Editable Statutory Parameters
Every CPF ceiling, SDL band and the full Foreign Worker Levy table is an editable company parameter you adjust as the authorities revise them.
Pure-Python, Unit-Tested Engine
The computation runs with the standard library only — no Odoo, no network — and is covered by both plain-python and Odoo integration tests.
How It Works
- Set each employee's CPF status, work pass type and tier, and monthly wages.
- Create a payroll run for the month and Populate the employees.
- Compute to produce every pay slip with CPF, SDL, FWL, net pay and employer cost, plus run totals.
- Generate the MOM itemised pay register and download it for your records.
Requirements
- Odoo 18.0 or 19.0 (Community or Enterprise).
- The Singapore CPF Payroll module (
l10n_sg_cpf_payroll), on which the CPF computation, NRIC/FIN validation and employee CPF fields are built. - No Enterprise
