يتطلّب نظام الفوترة الإلكترونية التونسي، الذي تديره الشركة التونسية للتجارة الإلكترونية (TTN) على منصة الفاتورة الإلكترونية، أن تُنتَج كل فاتورة بالصيغة المنظَّمة الفاتورة الإلكترونية التونسية (TEIF) — وهي مخطّط XML مشتقّ من UN/EDIFACT — مُوقَّعةً رقمياً بشهادة معتمدة من ANCE، ومُمرَّرةً عبر TTN التي تضيف توقيعها كطرف ثالث موثوق وختماً إلكترونياً ظاهراً (QR). يبني هذا الموديول مستند TEIF المطابق لـإيصالات التجزئة بين المهني والمستهلك (B2C)، ويوقّعه بشهادتك الخاصة، ويُرسله عبر حساب TTN الخاص بك.

مولّد TEIF 1.8.7 XML

يُنتج شجرة TEIF القانونية — InvoiceHeader، InvoiceBody، Bgm، Dtm، PartnerSection، LinSection، InvoiceMoa وInvoiceTax — مع قوائم رموز TTN لنوع المستند ووظيفة الشريك ونوع المبلغ ونوع الضريبة. تحمل الحقول النقدية دقة المليم بثلاث منازل عشرية التي تستخدمها تونس.

نوع إيصال B2C

تخطيط تذكرة الصندوق لمبيعات التجزئة: المعرّف الجبائي للمشتري اختياري ويُستبدَل بكتلة المستهلك النهائي العامة، بينما يكون البائع دائماً مُعرَّفاً بالكامل، تماماً كما تسمح متطلبات B2C المخفّفة.

توقيع ANCE المعتمد (BYOK)

يرفق توقيع XAdES-BES مُغلَّف (RSA-SHA256، مع كتلة SignedProperties تحمل وقت التوقيع وربط شهادة التوقيع) على مستند TEIF باستخدام مفتاحك الخاص وشهادتك المعتمدة من ANCE، مضمَّنين في KeyInfo للتوقيع كي تتمكن TTN من التحقق من الموقِّع. تُلصَق المفاتيح في إعدادات شركتك ولا تُحزَّم أو تُشارَك أبداً.

نقل TTN بمفتاحك الخاص

يمرّر المستند الموقَّع إلى بوابة الفاتورة الإلكترونية عبر بيانات TTN الخاصة بك، مع تبديل بين نقطتي النهاية التجريبية والإنتاجية وسجل نقل كامل للطلب والاستجابة. نحن مولّد صيغة ومساعد نقل — لسنا TTN ولا سلطة اعتماد.

المعرّف الجبائي والضريبة مُعالَجان بشكل صحيح

يُتحقَّق من المعرّف الجبائي التونسي (مثل 1234567A/A/M/000) بنيوياً على الشركة والشركاء ومعالج الإعداد: نواة من 7 أرقام، حرف تحقق قانوني (لا I أو O أو U أبداً)، رموز نظام الأداء وفئة المكلّف المعترَف بها، ورقم المؤسسة. تُحسَب الضريبة فقط بالمعدلات التونسية المنشورة (19%، 13%، 7%، 0%) ويُضاف حق الطابع الجبائي الاختياري إلى الإجمالي.

إفصاح البيانات والمطابقة

يولّد هذا الموديول صيغة TEIF، وعند تفعيلك له، يُرسل المستند الموقَّع إلى نقطة نهاية الفاتورة الإلكترونية لـ TTN التي تهيّئها أنت، باستخدام بياناتك وشهادتك المعتمدة من ANCE. لا تُرسَل أي بيانات إلى أي مكان آخر، وبياناتك ومفاتيحك لا تغادر قاعدة بياناتك أبداً. لا ينتحل الموديول صفة TTN، ولا يعمل كسلطة اعتماد، ولا يتضمّن أي اعتماد خاص به.

Tunisia TEIF B2C E-Invoicing

Tunisia's e-invoicing mandate, administered by Tunisie TradeNet (TTN) on the El Fatoora platform, requires every invoice in the structured Tunisian Electronic Invoice Format (TEIF) — an XML schema derived from UN/EDIFACT — digitally signed with a qualified ANCE certificate and routed through TTN. This module builds the compliant TEIF document for B2C retail receipts, signs it with your own certificate, and transmits it through your own TTN account.

TEIF generation & B2C variant

Produces the canonical TEIF 1.8.7 tree (InvoiceHeader, Bgm, Dtm, PartnerSection, LinSection, InvoiceMoa, InvoiceTax) with TTN code lists and 3-decimal millime precision. The B2C ticket-de-caisse layout makes the buyer matricule fiscal optional with a consommateur-final block.

ANCE signature & BYOK transport

Enveloped XAdES-BES signature (RSA-SHA256, with a SignedProperties block carrying the signing time and the SigningCertificate binding) over the TEIF using your own ANCE key and certificate. Routes to El Fatoora via your own TTN credentials with test/production switching and a transport log. Matricule fiscal validated; VAT at the published Tunisian rates (19/13/7/0%) plus optional droit de timbre. A format generator and transport helper, not TTN, not a TTN integrator and not a certification authority; your credentials and keys never leave your own database.
