台灣電子發票上傳儀表板

絕不錯過統一發票（電子發票 / eGUI）上傳期限 — B2C 2 日、B2B 7 日追蹤、提醒與 MIG 4.0 上傳檔產生，供您自有 turnkey／大平台帳號使用

財政部要求每張開立的統一發票須於自開立日起算的固定期限內上傳 至電子發票整合平台：B2C 消費者發票為 2 日（48 小時）， B2B 營業人發票為 7 日。逾期上傳將被退回。本模組將這些規則 化為即時儀表板、產生上傳檔，並明確告知您的會計團隊今日有何風險。

功能

期限追蹤儀表板

每張開立發票皆以一筆紀錄追蹤，含計算後的上傳期限、剩餘天數，以及顏色標示 的狀態：待上傳、即將到期、 逾期或已上傳。清單、依狀態分組的看板， 以及專屬的「逾期與即將到期」檢視，讓佇列始終在您眼前。

自動 B2C／B2B 分類

買方統一編號（BAN）自動決定上傳期限：有效的營業人統編代表 B2B 發票 （7 日期限）；空白或消費者佔位代表 B2C 發票（2 日期限）。統一編號以 財政部官方檢核碼驗證。

MIG 4.0 上傳檔產生

為每張發票組建財政部 MIG 4.0 上傳 XML — B2B 用 C0401， B2C 用 F0401（含載具／捐贈愛心碼／列印註記區塊）。 自動套用整數新台幣金額、標準 5% 營業稅率與官方日期時間格式。

上傳前驗證

在交付檔案前，內建規則引擎標示平台會退回的情形：發票號碼格式錯誤、 統一編號檢核失敗、B2B 發票缺少買方統編，以及金額不一致（明細對銷售額、 稅額對 5% 規則、銷售額 + 稅額 = 總額）。

逾期與即將到期提醒

每日排程作業會在每張已進入逾期或即將到期區間的發票上張貼對談註記並 排定待辦活動，使任何發票皆不致悄然錯過期限。即將到期的天數可依公司設定。

從發票一鍵匯入

精靈掃描某期間的客戶發票，為每張發票建立一筆追蹤紀錄 — 複製明細、金額與 買方統編 — 讓既有的 Odoo 開票流程供給儀表板而無需重複輸入。

BYOK — 自帶上傳帳號

本模組為格式產生器與期限追蹤器。它在您自己的 Odoo 資料庫 內組建 MIG 上傳檔並追蹤您的期限；實際傳輸至財政部電子發票平台由 您透過自有 turnkey 軟體或加值中心（大平台）帳號、以您 自己的憑證執行。本模組絕不傳輸任何資料，亦非經認證之傳輸器或加值中心。

相容性

Odoo 18 與 Odoo 19，Community 與 Enterprise。僅建構於標準 account 與 mail 應用程式 — 無 Enterprise 專屬相依。

Taiwan eGUI Upload Dashboard

Never miss a uniform-invoice upload deadline — B2C 2-day & B2B 7-day tracking, alerts and MIG 4.0 file generation

Taiwan's MOF requires every issued uniform invoice to be uploaded within a fixed window from the issue date: 2 days (48 hours) for B2C and 7 days for B2B; miss it and the upload is rejected. This module turns those rules into a live dashboard with colour-coded deadline status, automatic B2C/B2B classification by BAN, MIG 4.0 file generation (C0401/F0401), pre-upload validation, daily overdue/due-soon alerts and a bulk import wizard from customer invoices.

Tracking & generation

Per-invoice deadline, days remaining and status (Pending/Due soon/Overdue/Uploaded); kanban grouped by status; MIG 4.0 C0401 (B2B) and F0401 (B2C) XML with carrier/donation/ print-mark blocks, whole-NT$ amounts and the 5% rate; official BAN checksum validation.

Alerts & BYOK

A daily cron posts a chatter note and to-do activity for overdue/due-soon invoices; a bulk import wizard feeds the dashboard. A format generator and deadline tracker — transmission to the MOF platform is done by you through your own turnkey/Big-Platform account (BYOK). Odoo 18 & 19, Community/Enterprise.
