台灣電子發票進項解析器

將收到的台灣電子發票 MIG 4.0 統一發票 XML 轉為草稿供應商帳單，並依統一編號比對供應商

本模組功能

在台灣，每張營業人發票都是以財政部 MIG 4.0 XML 訊息格式 交換的電子化政府統一發票（eGUI）。當您從供應商收到一張時， 本模組讀取該 XML，以實際公布的結構規則驗證每一個台灣識別碼， 並將該發票轉為您應付帳款中的草稿供應商帳單 — 並以 統一編號（BAN）比對至正確的供應商。系統不會自動過帳： 您始終會先審閱草稿。

MIG 4.0 XML 解析器

讀取財政部 C0401（B2B）與 F0401（B2C） 發票訊息：Main 表頭、Details 商品項目，與 Amount 金額區塊。解析器容許命名空間差異，能應對實際加值中心／ turnkey 匯出所呈現的前綴與包裹變化，同時僅讀取真正的 MIG 元素名稱。

統一編號檢核碼驗證

每個 8 位統一編號皆以財政部官方檢核碼驗證（權重 1,2,1,2,1,2,4,1；各乘積 之位數和可被 5 整除，含第 7 碼等於 7 的特例）。供應商與客戶統編皆驗證； 可辨識未具名消費者佔位碼 00000000。

草稿供應商帳單

每張解析後的發票成為一張草稿 account.move 供應商帳單，帶入 供應商、發票日期、參考與明細項目。供應商依統一編號比對，或於首次出現時建立。 帳單上的反向連結可開啟來源 eGUI 文件。

5% 營業稅處理

明細依其 MIG TaxType 對應至正確的進項稅別：應稅明細套用台灣 標準 5% 營業稅，零稅率與免稅明細套用 0% 稅別。建立帳單前 會驗證文件算術（銷售額 + 稅額 = 總額）。

作業流程

  1. 透過 匯入 eGUI XML 精靈匯入一份收到的 eGUI XML 檔（或直接建立進項文件）。
  2. 解析 — 填入表頭、當事人、明細與金額，並依統一編號比對供應商。
  3. 驗證 — 檢查統一編號檢核碼、發票號碼格式與銷售／稅額／總額算術；任何問題皆以 TW-xx 代碼回報。
  4. 建立草稿供應商帳單 — 產生一張草稿 account.move 供您審閱。

可選的排程動作（預設關閉）能為已解析文件批次自動建立草稿帳單。

範圍與界線

這是一個純進項解析器。它讀取您的供應商（或您自己的加值 中心／turnkey 帳號）已交付的統一發票 XML，並對應至 Odoo。它不連線財政部 電子發票平台、不傳輸任何資料，亦不充當經認證之整合商 — 取得與傳輸仍由您 自己的合法管道進行。所有識別碼規則與 5% 營業稅率皆為實際公布之財政部數值。

Taiwan eGUI Inbound Invoice Parser

Turn received Taiwan eGUI MIG 4.0 uniform-invoice XML into draft vendor bills, matched to the supplier by BAN

In Taiwan every business invoice is an electronic Government Uniform Invoice (eGUI) in the MOF MIG 4.0 XML format. When you receive one, this module reads the XML, validates every Taiwan identifier with its real published rules, and turns the invoice into a draft vendor bill matched to the right supplier by its BAN (統一編號). Nothing is posted automatically — you review the draft first.

Parser, BAN & tax

Namespace-tolerant parser for C0401 (B2B) and F0401 (B2C) Main/Details/Amount blocks; official 8-digit BAN checksum validation with the consumer placeholder 00000000; lines mapped to 5% / 0% purchase tax by MIG TaxType, with sales + tax = total verified.

Draft bills & boundary

Each invoice becomes a draft account.move with supplier (matched by BAN or created), date, reference and lines, plus a back-link to the source eGUI. A pure inbound parser — it does not connect to the MOF platform or transmit anything; retrieval stays with your own accredited channel. Odoo 18 & 19.
