台灣電子發票作廢與註銷訊息

財政部 MIG 4.0 作廢發票（C0501/F0501）、註銷發票（C0701/F0701） 與作廢折讓（D0501/G0501）訊息產生器

當一張已上傳至財政部電子發票平台的台灣電子統一發票（eGUI）須予以撤銷時， 賣方必須送出一份結構化的作廢或註銷訊息，而非僅在 ERP 中 刪除該發票。本模組完全依照已公布的 MIG 4.0 訊息實作指引組建 這些訊息，供您透過自有 turnkey 軟體或加值中心送出。

我們僅產生格式。傳輸由您負責：您以自己的憑證透過自有財政部 turnkey 帳號或加值中心上傳所產生的訊息（BYOK）。本模組並非經認證之傳輸裝置， 亦不儲存我方任何憑證。

三種 MIG 訊息類型，精確的綱要順序

作廢發票

C0501（MIG 3.x）／F0501（MIG 4.0 公證）。 作廢一張已上傳的 B2C 統一發票。承載 CancelInvoiceNumber、InvoiceDate、BuyerId、 SellerId、CancelDate、CancelTime、CancelReason、選填的 ReturnTaxDocumentNumber 與 Remark。

註銷發票

C0701／F0701。註銷（廢止）一個統一發票號碼。 承載 VoidInvoiceNumber、InvoiceDate、BuyerId、SellerId、VoidDate、VoidTime、 VoidReason 與選填 Remark。

作廢折讓

D0501／G0501。作廢一張 B2C 折讓單（貸項通知）。 承載 CancelAllowanceNumber、AllowanceDate、BuyerId、SellerId、CancelDate、 CancelTime、CancelReason 與選填 Remark。

送出前的內建驗證

元素強制規則
賣方／買方統一編號 8 位統一編號，財政部官方權重 (1,2,1,2,1,2,4,1) 檢核碼含第 7 碼特例；B2C 消費者使用佔位碼 0000000000。
發票號碼 兩個大寫字軌字母後接八位數字（MIG InvoiceNumberType）。
折讓單號碼 1 至 16 個字元（MIG AllowanceNumberType）。
日期 以 MIG DateType YYYYMMDD 輸出並驗證月／日；Odoo 的 ISO 日期自動轉換。
作廢／註銷時間 MIG TimeType HH:MM:SS。
原因 必填，折疊空白，1 至 20 個字元。
退稅文件號／備註 選填，截斷至綱要上限（60 / 200 字元）。

從發票操作

已過帳的客戶發票與貸項通知上有一個 TW 作廢訊息 按鈕，可開啟預填的 訊息：貸項通知預設為作廢折讓，發票預設為作廢發票。賣方統編、買方統編、文件 號碼與日期皆會帶入。一個統計按鈕計算該分錄已開立的作廢訊息數。

或獨立使用

位於 會計 > TW 電子發票作廢 下的快速精靈，可為 Odoo 之外開立的 統一發票號碼產生訊息。每筆已儲存的訊息保有自己的草稿／已產生／已送出生命週期、 標準化負載，以及對談軌跡。

可直接交給 turnkey 的輸出

  • 帶命名空間的 MIG XML — 根元素與 urn:GEINV:eInvoiceMessage:<code>:<version> 命名空間，對應所選訊息與 MIG 版本。
  • 標準化 JSON 負載 — 同一主體之有序結構，含路由 MessageType 與版本，供偏好 JSON 的整合商使用。
  • 一鍵下載 XML，供透過您自有財政部 turnkey 軟體或加值中心上傳。
  • 預設 MIG 4.0，並可切換至舊版 3.1 代碼（當您的管道仍需要時）。

範圍與界線

本模組僅為作廢與註銷訊息系列的格式產生器。它不開立發票、 不具財政部認證，亦不代您傳輸。您仍是透過自有財政部 turnkey 中心或加值中心 送出所產生訊息的已登記營業人（BYOK）。僅社群版基礎 — 建構於 account，無 Enterprise 相依。

Taiwan eGUI Void & Cancellation Messages

MOF MIG 4.0 CancelInvoice (C0501/F0501), VoidInvoice (C0701/F0701) and CancelAllowance (D0501/G0501) generator

When an uploaded Taiwan eGUI must be reversed, the seller must send a structured void or cancellation message, not just delete it in the ERP. This module builds those messages exactly to the published MIG 4.0 guideline, ready to submit through your own turnkey software or value-added centre. We generate the format only — transmission stays with you (BYOK); the module is not a certified transmission device.

Three message types & validation

Cancel Invoice (C0501/F0501), Void/Deregister Invoice (C0701/F0701) and Cancel Allowance (D0501/G0501) in exact schema order. Built-in validation of the BAN checksum (with the consumer placeholder), the two-letter + eight-digit invoice number, allowance number, MIG dates/times and a 1-20 char reason.

Output & boundary

Namespaced MIG XML, a canonical JSON payload and one-click XML download; MIG 4.0 by default with a 3.1 fallback. Works from posted invoices/credit notes or stand-alone, with a draft/generated/ submitted lifecycle. A format generator only — it holds no MOF accreditation and does not transmit; you submit (BYOK). Community account base, Odoo 18 & 19.
