LataSys: 3PL Connector
Run your third-party warehouses from inside Odoo
Orders, despatch confirmations, live stock and customer returns - synchronised with one or many 3PL warehouses, batch-accurate, role-controlled and fully audited.
Multi-3PL by design
your 3PL provider and your 3PL built in. Run several instances side by side - different 3PLs, or staging and live - and orders route themselves by warehouse. Add further providers from a swagger/OpenAPI URL, without code.
Batch-accurate stock
Despatches, goods-in and inventory syncs carry lot numbers and expiry dates into native, auditable Odoo stock moves. Choose who is master - the 3PL or Odoo - and whether adjustments apply instantly or wait for review.
Everything on the record
Every API call is logged with its full request and response, retryable in one click. Every human action lands in chatter. Three roles - Read Only, Ops, Admin - gate every button in the app.
A dashboard that runs the day
One card per warehouse: orders to send, at the 3PL, despatched, on hold, products, warnings and active errors - with a selectable period (today, yesterday, week, month, year), each a click-through to the exact filtered list. Disabled syncs are labelled honestly, and every routine operation runs from the card's Perform Operation menu.
What it covers
|
Orders & despatch Push confirmed orders automatically or by hand (all, several or one at a time). Status polling with per-3PL status vocabularies. Despatch confirmations validate the delivery with the carrier, tracking and batches the warehouse actually shipped - short-ships become backorders. Stock and delivery-method gates. IOSS handled correctly for UK territories. |
Returns Merchant-initiated returns with optional 3PL-generated labels (restricted to the outbound carrier), unannounced arrivals and undeliverable/RTS parcels discovered by polling, graded receipts routing damaged stock to its own location, draft credit notes raised once per order, unmatched parcels held for a human decision. |
|
Inventory Scheduled lot-level stock syncs with a full report per run: before, reported, delta and action for every batch. 3PL-master or Odoo-master; apply immediately or stage as counted quantities for review. |
Products Product push with HS codes and country of origin, bulk onboarding wizard, background pushing, and catalogue matching that never creates products by itself. |
|
Cancellations Cancelling in Odoo cancels at the warehouse (and tells you if the parcel already left). Warehouse-side cancellations follow your policy per instance: flag for review or mirror automatically. |
Support workflow Provider support contacts on every provider card. One click on a failed sync opens a pre-filled email in your mail client with a PII-redacted error report and downloadable redacted request/response files. |
The flight recorder
The Sync Log keeps every exchange with every warehouse - request, response, duration, outcome - with one-click retry, acknowledge-with-history for errors that need no action, and warnings that surface without blocking the flow.
Operations, one popup away
Every Operations page carries a run button: pick the instance (only those whose provider supports the operation are offered) and go. On Orders, choose the scope - everything eligible, a selection, or a single order.
