Overview
LB Email CC and BCC by LucidBrainz is a professional Odoo 19 module that extends the email composer with advanced CC, BCC, and Reply-To functionality. This module helps businesses manage email recipients more professionally by allowing direct email-based CC/BCC fields, company-level default configuration, SMTP setup, and practical email testing from actual business documents.

Step by Step Working Screenshots
Step 1
Generate Gmail App Password: Open your Google Account and generate an
App Password. This password will be used in Odoo 19 SMTP configuration.
Step 2
Open Outgoing Mail Servers: In Odoo 19 go to
Settings → Technical → Email → Outgoing Mail Servers to configure mail sending.
Step 3
Configure Company Defaults: Enable
Display Cc, Display Bcc, Display Reply To,
and set default values for CC, BCC, and Reply-To in company settings.
Step 4
Configure SMTP and Test Connection: Set
smtp.gmail.com, port 587, encryption
TLS (STARTTLS), your Gmail username, and App Password.
Then click Test Connection and confirm success.
Step 5
Open Quotation / Sales Order: Open the document and click
Send by Email to launch the advanced email composer.
Step 6
Fill To / CC / BCC Fields: Add the recipient in
To, enter email in Cc (Emails),
add email in Bcc (Emails), then click Send.
Step 7
Mail Delivered Successfully: The email is received in Gmail inbox with
proper subject, message body, and attachment.
Step 8
Verify Email Header Details: Open Gmail message details and confirm
From, Reply-To, To, and
Cc fields are correctly passed from Odoo.
Step 9
Final Verification: Check the mail again from recipient side and verify the final
delivery details. This confirms that the full workflow is working properly in Odoo 19.
