Key Features
- Automatic Upload : delivery orders are sent to RoutiGo on creation, confirmation, carrier change or backorder creation.
- Status Sync : route and delivery status updates return from RoutiGo via a button or scheduled cron job.
- Automatic Geocoding : addresses are geocoded before upload with correct street, house number and suffix splitting.
- Per-Warehouse Configuration : link each warehouse to its own RoutiGo service centre with custom time windows and auto-upload settings.
- Delivery Status Tracking : delivery time, GPS location, courier name and driver survey answers are stored on the delivery order.
- Instructions per Shipment : set on-route and on-site instructions per delivery; customer visit windows flow into every shipment automatically.

How It Works
- Install & Configure : enter your RoutiGo API key and base URL in company settings and select the delivery methods for RoutiGo shipments.
- Link Warehouses : link each warehouse to a RoutiGo service centre and configure default time windows and auto-upload behaviour.
- Shipments Go Live : new delivery orders appear automatically on the RoutiGo planning board with address, contact, time window and items.
- Status Back to Odoo : route assignments, delivery confirmations and driver survey answers flow back into Odoo.
