Description
1. The eLearning backend dashboard lists every course as a kanban card, with views, duration, sales and enrollment stats — invited, ongoing and finished — visible at a glance.
2. Each course form carries LearnHub's own fields — Level, Course Language, Access Period, Certificate Included — right next to the enroll policy, linked product and price, and the native curriculum content tab.
3. On the website course catalog, the Level badge and price set on the course form show up directly on each course card alongside the native Certifications and Level filters.
4. The course landing page surfaces Language, Level, Expiry Period and Certificate Included next to Add to Cart, alongside the native week-by-week curriculum.
5. Students track their enrolled courses, progress and Odoo's native XP/badges from their own portal — Free, Paid and Invitation-only enrollments all show up in the same list.
6. Instructors submit a payout request against their available balance; eLearning Officers approve, reject or register the payment in one click, tracked through Draft → Submitted → Approved → Paid.
7. Under eLearning settings, admins turn on Marketplace mode for multi-instructor selling and set the Instructor Commission Rate used to compute every payout's available balance.
