Order Confirmation

Legion User Limit helps administrators control the maximum number of users in an Odoo database by blocking new user creation once the limit is reached. It’s ideal for managing access, enforcing licensing rules, and preventing unnecessary or unauthorized user additions. The module provides a simple UI field and validation to keep user growth under control.

Key Features:

• Auto-Confirm on Order Creation: Every new sale order is automatically confirmed the moment it is created, eliminating the manual "Confirm" button step entirely. This ensures no order accidentally remains in draft state and warehouse teams can begin processing immediately.
• Bulk Manual Confirmation via Action Menu: A server action "Auto Confirm Sale Order" is added to the sale order Action menu, allowing users to select multiple draft orders and confirm them all in one click rather than opening each order individually.
• Draft State Filtering: The confirmation logic intelligently filters only draft orders before confirming, meaning already-confirmed or cancelled orders are safely skipped without throwing errors or causing duplicate processing.
• Zero Manual Intervention: Once installed, the module requires no configuration or daily management. The automation rule runs silently in the background, triggering on every new order creation without any user action required.
