02 Do I need technical knowledge to use this connector?
No. Once your Lightspeed API credentials are set up (API Key, API Secret, Cluster, and Language Code), synchronization can be managed directly in Odoo with automated imports and updates.
03 How are orders handled when imported from Lightspeed?
Paid orders from Lightspeed are automatically created as sales orders in Odoo, with customer details, order lines, taxes, and shipping charges. The module can also confirm orders and generate invoices automatically.
04 Does the connector handle taxes correctly?
Yes. Lightspeed taxes are mapped to Odoo’s tax records, ensuring accurate invoicing, compliance, and reporting.
05 How often does synchronization happen?
The connector supports both manual sync (on demand) and scheduled sync through cron jobs. You can configure how often orders, products, or stock updates should be imported.
