How It Works
Cash Movement Report Workflow
Navigate to Point of Sale → Reporting → Cash Movement Report to access the report generator.
Use the wizard to select start date, end date, and optionally filter by specific POS configurations. Leave POS field empty to include all configurations.
Step 3: View Detailed Report
The generated PDF report displays all cash income and expense transactions with complete details: date, session, transaction detail, type (Income/Expense), and amount. The report includes automatic summaries showing Total Income, Total Expense, and Balance for the selected period.
Installing Cash Report is simple and straightforward.
- Download the module from the Odoo App Store.
- Install it in your Odoo instance (Apps → Search "Cash Movement Report" → Install)
- The module automatically integrates with your existing POS configuration.
- Start generating reports immediately — no additional configuration required
- Navigate to Point of Sale → Reporting → Cash Movement Report
- Select your desired date range (start date and end date)
- Optionally filter by specific POS configurations or leave empty for all
- Click "Generate Report" to create a detailed PDF with all cash movements
