Two security groups let administrators control who can personalize list views:
- Modify List View - Users can reorder and customize visible columns
- Modify List View (All Fields) - Users can additionally access all model fields, not just those in the view
How It Works
Simple and intuitive list view customization
Users with the appropriate permissions will see a "Rearrange List" option in the optional-columns dropdown (top-right of any list view). From there, they can drag columns to reorder them, toggle visibility, and customize labels. Column widths set via Odoo's native resize handle are automatically saved and restored across sessions.
