How It Works

Create loan products with interest rules, fee settings, penalty logic, and accounting journals. Then capture borrower loan applications and move them through the configured approval chain with chatter activity tracking.

Once the loan is approved, activate it to generate the installment schedule and post the disbursement entry. The loan form gives a clear operational view of due amounts, outstanding balances, visits, approvals, and ongoing chatter history.

Review installment-level details including principal, interest, penalties, paid amounts, residual balances, and overdue states. This makes it easier to audit repayment progress and delinquency across the portfolio.

Register borrower collections through the payment wizard and keep a traceable accounting trail. The payment form records how each collection was allocated to principal, interest, and penalty.

Plan and monitor collection visits for field agents with remarks, follow-up dates, and visit status. This helps operational teams coordinate recovery activity around overdue loans.
