Menu Path: Inventory → Configuration → Locations.

i)This screen shows where you set up and manage your different inventory locations (like separate warehouses, locations).
ii)Locations such as WH/Location 1, WH/Location 2, and WH/Location 3 are listed.
iii)These locations are important for tracking where your stock is physically stored.
iv)You can add new locations by clicking the "New" button.


Purpose: Before using the Location-Based Inventory report, you must define and configure all your stock locations here.

Menu Path: Inventory → Reporting → Location Based Products

i)This shows where you can access the inventory report that shows product availability across all defined locations.
ii)Under the "Reporting" tab in the Inventory module, you’ll find a menu called "Location Based Products".
iii)Clicking this menu will take you to the Location Based Inventory dashboard.


Purpose: Helps users navigate to the main dashboard for checking stock by location.

Location Based Inventory

i)The dashboard displays a table of products and their stock availability across all locations.
ii)The Product Filters section at the top lets you filter by Category or Specific Products.
iii)The Inventory Summary below shows the list of all products and their stock counts across iv)Location 1, Location 2, and Location 3.
v)A message like "200 products across 3 locations" tells you the overall scope.


Purpose: Gives you a full picture of which products exist in which locations and how much stock is available in each.

Filtered by Category: Jigarathanda
