MCP Protocol Integration
Tools are registered via the MCP Server plugin registry and discovered automatically by any MCP-compatible AI client (Claude Desktop, Continue, Cursor, etc.). No manual wiring required.
Permission-Scoped Access
All tool calls are executed under the authenticated user's Odoo session. Access is limited by existing Odoo record rules and access rights — no special bypass or elevated privileges.

Privacy: This module exposes Helpdesk data through MCP tools scoped to the authenticated user's Odoo permissions. All tool access is logged in the MCP Audit Log. No personal data is stored beyond Odoo's standard records.
Which AI clients are supported?
Any MCP-compatible client: Claude Desktop, Continue.dev, Cursor, Zed, and others. The MCP Server handles authentication and tool discovery automatically.
Do I need to configure each tool manually?
No. Install the module and restart the MCP Server — tools are registered and discoverable immediately via the plugin registry.
