Install mailchimp odoo integration mpdule and Navigate to Email Marketing module and click on the MailChimp aciton Menu.

Cron (Schedule Action) is available for Auto Synchronize members from MailChimp to Odoo.(Synchronize memeber when 'auto synchroniz member' boolean active in instance configuration)
