Secure Your Contacts Instantly: Lock & Control Access!
Install the Contact Lock module to automatically lock all contacts in your Odoo system. To manage access, go to Settings, scroll down to the Contact Security section, and set your PIN. This PIN will be required whenever a user attempts to unlock and edit contact records.
After setting and confirming your PIN in Settings, go to the Contacts module and click on the Unlock button. A popup will appear where you need to enter your PIN. Once entered, click Confirm to unlock and edit the contact.
Once unlocked, you can make changes to the contact details as needed. After completing your updates, you can secure the contact again by clicking the Lock button available at the top.
