The Odoo SevDesk Connector, developed by Mediod Consulting, creates a seamless bridge between your Odoo ERP and SevDesk accounting software. Every time you confirm a customer, post an invoice, or update a product in Odoo, the data is instantly pushed to SevDesk — eliminating manual data entry and reducing accounting errors across your team.

CONTACT SYNC

Contact Synchronization

Creates or updates SevDesk contacts from Odoo partners. Auto-detects Company vs. Individual. SevDesk Contact ID stored to prevent duplicates. Country validation included.
PRODUCT SYNC

Product Synchronization

Syncs products as Parts in SevDesk. Assigns SevDesk Units per product. Tax mapping for 0%, 7%, and 19%. Sales descriptions and pricing are synced automatically.
INVOICE SYNC

Invoice Synchronization

Posted invoices pushed automatically with all line items: quantity, net, tax, and gross. Only confirmed invoices transmitted. Supports tax rates: 0%, 7%, 19%.

API Token entry from SevDesk Settings. Auto-Create/Update toggle per object. Fetch Users, Countries, and Units. Dedicated SevDesk configuration menu in Odoo.

STEP 1 — API CONFIGURATION

Connect Odoo to your SevDesk account

Go to Settings › General Settings › SevDesk. Paste your API Token from SevDesk (Settings › Users). Toggle Auto Create/Update to enable automatic sync on confirm or post.

STEP 2 — FETCH STATIC DATA

Fetch Users, Countries & Units from SevDesk

From the SevDesk › Configuration menu, fetch SevDesk Users, Countries, and Units. This step is required before syncing any records — it ensures correct mapping of countries and units when pushing contacts and products.

STEP 3 — CONTACT SYNCHRONIZATION

Partners synced to SevDesk in one click

Open any partner in Odoo. The SevDesk sync status and Contact ID are stored directly on the record. Use the manual action buttons or enable Auto Create/Update to push contacts automatically.

STEP 4 — PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Assign SevDesk Units & Tax Mapping

Open each product and assign a SevDesk Unit (fetched in Step 2). Products without a unit will not sync. Tax rate mapping (0%, 7%, 19%) and sales pricing are handled automatically.

STEP 5 — INVOICE SYNCHRONIZATION

Post an invoice in Odoo — it appears in SevDesk

Confirm and post a Customer Invoice in Odoo. All line items (quantity, net, tax, gross) are pushed to SevDesk automatically. Use the Sync to SevDesk, Update, or Delete buttons for manual control.

STEP 6 — MONITOR & TROUBLESHOOT

Full sync history with JSON payloads

Go to Technical › SevDesk API Logs to see every sync operation. Each entry shows a Success ✓ or Failure ✗ status with the full JSON request and response payload — making diagnosis fast and transparent.

Install the Module

Search odoo_sevdesk_connector in the Odoo Apps menu and install it.

Enter Your SevDesk API Key

Settings › General Settings › SevDesk — paste the API Token from your SevDesk account (Settings › Users).

Fetch Static Data

Fetch SevDesk Users, Countries, and Units from the SevDesk › Configuration menu. Required before any record syncs.

Assign SevDesk Units to Products

Open each product and set a SevDesk Unit. Products without a unit assigned will fail to sync.

Enable Auto-Sync (optional)

Toggle Auto Create/Update to automatically push Partners, Products, and Invoices on confirmation or posting.

Monitor via API Logs

Technical › SevDesk API Logs — track every sync with full JSON request and response detail. Success / Failure status at a glance.
