Sales â Configuration â Rules â "Commission Rules" This menu allows you to create and manage commission rules for employees.
Create a new Commission Rule, define the commission period, and configure slab-based commission ranges with their corresponding commission percentages. The system uses these slabs to calculate employee commission automatically based on monthly sales.
Assign one or more employees to the commission rule for automatic Commission calculation.
Create a Commission Batch, select the commission period, assign employees, and click Generate Commission Records.
Open Commission by Employee, review the assigned commission rule and applicable slabs, then click Compute Commission to calculate the employee's commission automatically.
Click Compute Commission to calculate the employee's commission based on booked sales and the applicable commission slab. The record status changes to Computed.
Click Confirm to validate the computed commission. The record status changes from Computed to Confirmed.
Click Mark as Paid to complete the commission process and move the record to the Paid stage.
Review all paid employee commission records and their incentive details in the Commission by Employee list view.
