In order to initiate the utilization of the "Import Purchase Order Line" functionality, users are required to activate the dedicated "Import Purchase Order Lines" group.
Navigate to the individual Request for Quotation (RFQ) for which you intend to import Order Lines. Within the context of that RFQ, locate and engage the Import Purchase Order Line button.
Configure the options in accordance with your requirements, initiate the import by selecting file to import. Also, user can download the sample files from below.
Upon the successful completion of the file import process, a notification in the form of a success pop-up will provide you with comprehensive details pertaining to the imported.
The highlighted sections within the interface correspond to the data that has been successfully imported from the designated file.
