Sale Bulk Product Selector
The "Sale Bulk Product Selectorr" allows sales teams to easily select and add products to Sale Orders using brand and category filters. This eliminates repetitive manual entry, improves speed, and reduces errors in product selection.

✅ Smart Quantity Management & Duplicate Handling:
Automatically updates quantities if a product is already in the Sale Order or preview, preventing duplicate lines and ensuring accurate orders.
✅ Preview Products Before Adding:
Editable preview of selected products allows you to adjust quantities and remove unwanted items before applying to the order.
✅ Filter Products by Brand and Category
Quickly find the right products for your customers using smart brand/category filters, improving selection accuracy.
Usage
- Inside the quotation form, go to the Order Lines tab.
- You will see a new button called Bulk Products above the product lines.
- Click on the Bulk Products button. A new window called Select Products Combination will open.
- At the top of the wizard, choose a Brand (e.g., Apple).
- Select a Category (e.g., 256GB).
- The system will filter products matching this brand & category combination.
- In the Add Products section, you’ll see the list of available products.
- Enter the Quantity for each product you want to add.
- Example: iPhone-14 (Qty 10), iPhone-15 (Qty 0).
- As you enter quantities, the products are shown in the Products Preview section.
- This section shows the final selection that will be added to your quotation.
- Click Apply to confirm your selection.
- The chosen products will automatically be added to the Order Lines of the quotation.
- Click Cancel if you don’t want to add products.
